Ok, I called music today
Musictoday received the yearbooks not only with the wrong color but also, low quality material. I asked them if they made a quality complaint or asked for a discount and they told me they cancelled the purchase order and changed the supplier, ordered the yearbooks again with a new supplier, they are expecting to receive the new yearbooks by May and then, start sending the yearbooks to the customers.
So, I guess the yearbook Jared showed was a sample for their autorization
There will be no compensation for the delay, btw
Also I asked if they can publish a list for the customers to show them they really are on that list. But they told me they can't if you have a doubt about your purchase order, you have to send an email to [email protected]
